Senior Employment Lawyer

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join their expanding remote-first legal team. You will be instrumental in advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, drafting employment contracts and policies, and managing tribunal claims. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex employment law issues, including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, and redundancy.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, staff handbooks, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in employment tribunal claims and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Provide strategic guidance on employment law compliance and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on employment law matters.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience specializing in employment law.
• Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Excellent drafting skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively in a remote setting.
