Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced energy systems, including renewable energy sources and storage solutions.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and technical assessments for new energy projects.
• Develop and implement sophisticated modelling and simulation tools for energy system performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, researchers, and external stakeholders, to ensure project success.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in energy systems.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the energy sector, with a proven track record in system design and analysis.
• Expertise in renewable energy technologies (solar, wind), energy storage systems (batteries, etc.), and power electronics.
• Proficiency in simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of grid codes, energy market regulations, and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
