Senior Engineer – Highway Schemes & Major Maintenance (Flexible)

Halton Borough Council is seeking a Senior Engineer - Schemes and Major Maintenance to lead highway programmes across the Borough. You will work on active travel schemes and major carriageway and footway projects, coordinating with developers, contractors, elected members and residents as part of a small team.

The role requires hands-on project management from initial design through to construction, with strong budgeting, reporting and committee paper skills.
