Senior Estimator – Construction, Swindon (Car Allowance)

First Military Recruitment is partnering with a construction business in Swindon to recruit a Senior Estimator on a permanent basis. You will work with the Bid Manager to price schemes, develop local and labour rates, and ensure compliance with governance and procurement requirements.

The role requires sound civil engineering knowledge, familiarity with estimating software, and the ability to coordinate with planners, design managers and procurement teams to secure competitive bids.
