Senior Estimator

A growing facilities services business is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the commercial and technical pricing of complex, high-value Hard FM opportunities.

This is a predominantly home-based role with occasional travel to London or Leeds, taking ownership of major tenders and frameworks from initial pricing through to successful handover.

The Role

As the Senior Estimator, you'll:

Lead end-to-end estimating for complex Hard FM tenders and frameworks. Develop accurate, compliant and commercially robust first-principles cost models. Analyse tender documentation, asset data and service requirements. Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities within pricing and submission strategies. Develop bid differentiators alongside operational, commercial and proposals teams. Present pricing strategies at governance reviews and lead post-award handovers. About You

To be successful as the Senior Estimator, you'll have:

Proven estimating experience within Hard Facilities Management environments. Strong experience using SFG20 standards and asset-based pricing methodologies. Experience tendering through CCS, Government or other public-sector frameworks. Proven success estimating large, complex FM tenders and frameworks. Strong Excel, data analysis and commercial modelling capabilities. Excellent commercial acumen with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. What's in it for You? £65,000–£75,000 salary.
