Senior EUC Technician: Microsoft 365 & End User Lead

Morson Human Resources Limited in Central London is recruiting an EUC Technician to join the Onsite IT Services team. You will deliver advanced first and second-line support to around 500 users in a Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on endpoint devices, software deployment and user guidance.

The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, mentoring End User Services Analysts and assisting the End User Services Manager in daily operations.
