Senior European Data Center Investment Director

Foundation Recruitment seeks a senior investment lead to drive its European data centre portfolio across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands, with a focus on pre-lets, powered land and shell development opportunities.

You will originate, evaluate and execute investments, guiding deals end-to-end and reporting to the Head of Global Data Centres while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers. Travel will be involved; an attractive salary and bonus package awaits.
