About the Role

You will take the lead in managing the end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of corporate and private events. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event planning from initial client consultation through to post-event evaluation.
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and ensure all requirements are met.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors (e.g., venues, entertainment, décor).
• Oversee on-site event execution, managing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex events.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Experience in budget management and financial control.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
