Senior External Site Lead – Large-Scale Residential High-Rise

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an External Site Manager to oversee a 500+ unit, high-rise mixed-use scheme in London. You will lead the full externals package from groundworks to façade, coordinating frame, piling and external trades, reporting into the Project Director.

This is a flagship, long-term project with a tier-one developer. You will manage site managers, drive the programme, and maintain strong client relationships while progressing your career on a prestigious scheme.
