Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan fibre optic network routes, including civil works and installation specifications.
• Oversee the installation, splicing, and testing of fibre optic cables and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in the fibre optic network, ensuring prompt service restoration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fibre optic network design and deployment.
• Proficiency in fibre optic testing equipment (e.g., OTDR, fusion splicers).
• Strong understanding of optical network principles, standards, and components.
• Experience with GIS mapping and network documentation software.
