Senior Field Care Supervisor – Domiciliary Care Lead

Radfield Home Care York, Thirsk & Ryedale is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to help manage domiciliary services in the community. You’ll support client reviews, supervise care staff, and ensure high care standards and compliance.

You’ll visit clients, maintain records, participate in on-call rota, and contribute to safeguarding and continuous training. A driving licence and experience in home care are essential.
