At Chilworth Partnership we are once again supporting one of the most dynamic organisations within our portfolio, adding another Senior Finance Business Partner to the team as a result of recent growth and future ambition.
Senior Finance Business Partner responsibilities:
- Own and develop the Business unit ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful multi-currency reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management at both project and consolidated P&L level, with strong focus on accuracy, forward visibility, and alignment to Group targets.
- Build and present investment cases for assets, headcount, and technology development.
- Provide clear financial recommendations to support pricing, margin analysis, and capital allocation.
- Build complex models and business cases to support business unit decisions on spend.
Senior Finance Business Partner requirement:
- Proven business partnering and FP&A experience within complex businesses.
- Commercially minded, with advanced financial modelling and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional information:
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office.
