Senior Finance Controller & Deputy Finance Director

CITB is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial accounting services, governance, and reporting from Peterborough with weekly in-office presence. You will drive high-quality financial insight, maturity in controls, and governance while guiding a modern finance service.

You will lead a team, work with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Finance Director, and shape new systems and processes to support the organisation's objectives in the UK construction sector.
