We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Senior Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting and business decision-making in a fully remote UK-based role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Prepare and review management reports and financial analysis.

• Monitor financial performance and identify key trends, risks and opportunities.

• Support senior stakeholders with commercial and financial insight.

• Improve financial controls, processes and reporting standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams on budgets, forecasts and financial priorities.

• Support month-end and year-end financial activities.

• Provide clear financial information to support business decision-making.

• Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis.

• Support continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Previous experience in finance management, financial planning or a related finance role.

• Strong financial analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

• Strong commercial awareness and business partnering capability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
