Senior Finance Partner, Growth & Commercial Strategy

Monzo is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial finance team in London. You will support Borrowing portfolios, manage P&L and Balance Sheet for strategic decisions, and drive performance through insights and challenging recommendations.

The role involves building business cases, presenting investment choices, and partnering across engineering, legal, risk, product and marketing to scale the business further.
