Job Description
Title Senior Finance System Transformation Manager
Location: London
Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office
Our client a large-scale software company is seeking a new Senior Finance System Transformation Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be creating and leading the strategic road map for their global finance systems, working on automation and there AI strategy and plan.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in Business Systems or IT Finance Applications, including in a Senior Management role
- Strong business process and commercial understanding to translate business growth strategy into Enterprise Systems strategy and drive delivery at all levels of the organisation
- Prior experience in an international technology scale-up business
- Change Management and Stakeholder engagement skills – not afraid to get hands-on to win the hearts and minds of your team and End-Users across the business
- NetSuite ERP experience and a proven track record of optimisation, automation and getting the most out of systems (O2C, P2P, R2R)
- Team leadership and management experience is necessary
- A finance background or understanding is vital as you will be working with wider finance, tax and treasury teams.
