Senior Finance Systems Analyst - London / Hybrid - Permanent - £85,000pa

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our client, a leading legal global law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and enhance finance systems including Aderant Expert, Intapp Open, Intapp Time, I4G, SSRS and Concur Expenses.
• Act as subject matter expert for Intapp Time and Concur Expenses, covering configuration, upgrades, process improvements and new functionality.
• Lead finance systems and process improvement projects from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, implementation, training and handover.
• Provide senior technical and functional support, resolving complex system and data issues.
• Review and improve business processes, system integrations and data integrity controls.
• Support monthly system maintenance and financial month-end closures.
• Perform SQL analysis for troubleshooting, data validation and project requirements.
• Assess vendor roadmaps, new functionality and AI capabilities for potential adoption.

Key Experience

• Significant finance systems experience within a law firm.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Aderant Expert, including Aderant Framework, Design Studio and table structures.
• Strong SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting and data validation.
• Experience with Intapp Time and Concur Expenses, or the ability to develop into a subject matter expert.
• Good accounting knowledge across areas such as Billing, Accounts Payable, Cashiers and Credit Control.
• Proven experience independently delivering systems or process improvement projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, senior users and external vendors.
• Working knowledge of SSRS and SSAS is advantageous.
