About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly client-focused and experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join their practice in Sheffield . This role involves building and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to their individual needs and goals. You will be responsible for understanding client objectives, developing personalized financial plans, and guiding them through investment decisions, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of financial products and markets within the banking and finance sector , and a commitment to ethical client service, contributing to our firm's growth in Sheffield .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, including investment, retirement, and estate planning.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and provide recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as CII Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with a strong track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Proven expertise in investment planning, retirement strategies, and wealth management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the UK financial services industry .
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a client-facing role.
