Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function, enhancing efficiency and data integrity.
• Support due diligence processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, or investments, providing financial scrutiny and analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role, preferably within the banking or finance sector.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
