Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and prior periods, identifying key trends and variances.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulations.
• Provide financial guidance and support to business unit leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Experience in the Banking & Finance sector is highly desirable.
