Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join their globally distributed finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying key drivers, trends, and potential risks or opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments across the organization to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
• Evaluate business cases for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects, providing financial justification.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in a remote-first setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated success in a remote work environment, managing tasks and collaborating effectively online.
