About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team based in Leicester . Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

- Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital budgeting decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel skills .
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
