About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic, fully remote finance team. This role is critical in providing in-depth financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance through robust analysis and forecasting. You will work closely with various departments to understand financial drivers, develop financial models, and present findings to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive review.
Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.
Support strategic initiatives and investment decisions through financial evaluation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
Experience with financial planning software and business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying financial information remotely.
