Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive review.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.
- Support strategic initiatives and investment decisions through financial evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
- Experience with financial planning software and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying financial information remotely.
