Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice and analytical support to clients across various industries.
• Develop and analyze complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning.
• Assist clients with financial strategy formulation, budgeting, and performance management.
• Support clients with due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities.
• Manage client relationships and lead project teams to deliver high-quality financial consulting services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consulting, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, corporate finance, and investment principles.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
