Senior Financial Controller – Lead Finance Team & Strategy

Caesarstone UK is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function at our Head Office in Enterprise Park, Lutterworth. You will report to the Finance Director and manage a dedicated finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting.

The role is on-site five days a week and requires strong accounting expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strategic insights to support planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and performance improvement.
