Senior Fitness Instructor – Spa & Group Classes

Richmond Villages Wood Norton, operated by Bupa, is seeking a dedicated fitness instructor to lead senior-focused exercise programs and 1-2-1 sessions in our Wellness Spa. You will design classes, supervise wellness activities, and manage member records on site.

Permanent full-time role, 40 hours weekly, with shifts 8am-3pm or 10am-6pm. A pool-related qualification and spa experience are highly valued, with comprehensive Bupa benefits and opportunities for career growth.
