Senior Framework & Tender Manager (Hybrid)

AECOM is seeking a Deputy Framework Manager to support the Framework Manager in delivering the SPaTS3 framework, including tender management, governance, and commercial activities. You will coordinate bid teams, manage the opportunity pipeline, and support client and supplier relationships across multiple projects.

The role requires knowledge of NH/Highways, NEC4 PSC contracts, and PMO experience. Hybrid working options are available within a global infrastructure firm.
