Senior Front-End Developer - UX Focus

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and interactive web applications.
• Implement and maintain component libraries and style guides to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the technical strategy for front-end development.
• Gather user feedback and iterate on designs and functionalities to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Demonstrable understanding of UX principles and best practices for user-centered design.
• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (Git).
