Senior Front-End Developer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join their innovative and collaborative remote team. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK while contributing to cutting-edge projects. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to translate design concepts into robust, user-friendly interfaces, championing best practices in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, reusable, and performant front-end code using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development .
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, web performance optimization , and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
