Senior Front of House Lead - Guest Services (Halifax/Leeds)

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced corporate Guest Services Supervisor to lead Front of House at Lloyds Banking Group sites. The role is split between Halifax and Leeds, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £15.45 per hour.

You will own the day-to-day front of house operations, set high standards for service, support with AV queries, and contribute to team meetings. The role requires a visible, hands-on leader who can deliver five-star hospitality in a modern workplace.
