Senior Frontend Developer - UX Focused

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into functional, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure design fidelity and user experience goals are met.
• Work with backend developers to integrate front-end logic with server-side functions via APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Mentor junior front-end developers and contribute to front-end architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (Git).
