Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join their innovative team in Plymouth . You will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code, producing the visual elements of the application. You will work closely with UI designers and backend developers, taking a lead role in building user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends, and champion their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and build tools.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
