About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Developer to join their innovative product development team in Edinburgh . This role is critical for building and refining the user interfaces of cutting-edge web applications, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and engaging user experience. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate design concepts into high-quality, performant code. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.
