About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Developer to join their innovative technology team in Bristol . You will play a key role in building and enhancing user interfaces for our client's cutting-edge digital products, working closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to create seamless and engaging user experiences. This position requires a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, a passion for clean code, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, functional code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, participating actively in code reviews.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior frontend developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
