About the Role
Our client is searching for a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to enhance their digital product offerings in Belfast . In this role, you will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate visual concepts into functional, engaging web applications. This position offers a significant opportunity to influence the frontend architecture, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the visual and interactive elements of key products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy dynamic and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in frontend development.
- Expertise in HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+) .
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React , Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
