About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and creative Senior Frontend Developer to join their vibrant digital product team in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces that form the core of their customer-facing applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web technologies and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Working in the heart of Milton Keynes , you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to bring innovative digital solutions to life, contributing significantly to the user journey and product success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy engaging and accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive code.
Optimize frontend performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 4 years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization techniques relevant to the Milton Keynes market.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools.
