Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join their distributed engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable frontend code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior frontend developers.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring a robust and reliable user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding and practical experience with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with state management libraries, build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite), and testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote-first team environment.
