Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining state-of-the-art user interfaces for their flagship web applications, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, a passion for clean code, and a commitment to best practices in web development. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions, all within a flexible, remote-first culture that empowers its employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code for web applications.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement user-facing features and ensure technical feasibility.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility .
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and contributing to knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise with at least one major frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of state management , asynchronous programming, and build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges in a remote environment .
