About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Full Stack Blockchain Engineer to join their pioneering, fully remote team. This role is ideal for an engineer who possesses a strong command of both front-end and back-end development, with a specialized focus on integrating these capabilities with cutting-edge blockchain technology. You will be responsible for building and enhancing user-facing applications that interact seamlessly with decentralized systems, contributing to the entire development lifecycle. As part of a distributed workforce, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful and innovative blockchain solutions from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications and interfaces that interact with blockchain networks.
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs that support blockchain functionalities.
• Write and deploy secure smart contracts using languages like Solidity or Rust.
• Integrate front-end components with smart contracts and decentralized storage solutions.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for blockchain applications.
• Actively participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers in a remote setting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years dedicated to blockchain projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Go).
• Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, including cryptography, distributed ledgers, and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment on platforms like Ethereum.
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries and tools (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js).
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
