Senior Full Stack Developer - .NET Core & Angular

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dedicated technology department in Derby . This role involves the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated enterprise applications, utilizing a modern technology stack including .NET Core for the backend and Angular for the frontend. You will be integral to the full software development lifecycle, contributing to architectural decisions, implementing robust solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using .NET Core and C#.
• Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interfaces using Angular and associated frontend technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development .
• Strong proficiency in C# and experience with the .NET Core framework.
• Expertise in frontend development with Angular , JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and CI/CD practices is a plus.
