Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer to join their globally distributed, remote-first engineering team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable web applications that power their core business services. This role requires a blend of front-end and back-end expertise, with a strong emphasis on creating efficient, secure, and maintainable code. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, encompassing both front-end user interfaces and back-end services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, Java).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the entire stack.
• Implement and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring).
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, API design, and microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
