Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code for both frontend and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
