You will be instrumental in driving technical strategy, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions from concept to production. Working entirely remotely, you'll be part of a forward-thinking engineering culture that emphasizes autonomy, continuous learning, and impactful contributions, all while maintaining close communication with stakeholders across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, or Java.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, implement automated testing strategies, and champion best practices for code quality and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proven expertise in both backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive approach to remote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package with annual performance bonuses.
- Generous remote work allowance and flexible working hours.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- Significant opportunities for professional development, including training budgets and conference attendance.
- A vibrant and inclusive remote culture that fosters innovation and team camaraderie.
