About the Role
Our client is looking for a talented and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team in Norwich . You will be instrumental in building and enhancing both the front-end and back-end of our client's innovative web applications. This role requires a broad skill set, a passion for creating seamless user experiences, and the ability to contribute to architectural decisions across the entire technology stack. You will work in a collaborative environment, translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions, driving forward the company's digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using languages and frameworks like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Integrate frontend components with server-side logic and databases.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, participating actively in code reviews.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend development languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django, Spring Boot).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
