About the Role

Our client, a renowned software solutions provider based in historic Oxford , is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to their innovative product development efforts. This role demands a versatile engineer proficient across both frontend and backend technologies, capable of taking ownership of features from conception to deployment. You will work within a collaborative team environment, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications. This position operates within a traditional office-based setting, fostering strong team synergy and direct collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive web applications, encompassing both client-side and server-side logic.
• Design and implement robust APIs and database structures to support application functionality.
• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring code quality through reviews and testing.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time and to specification.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development .
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework like React or Vue.js.
• Proficient in backend programming languages like Node.js , Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring).
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevOps principles is advantageous.
