About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their technology team in Norwich . This role is instrumental in building and evolving comprehensive web applications, working across both frontend and backend technologies. You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions, and who thrives in a collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and database solutions.
- Build engaging and responsive user interfaces using frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define and deliver features.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical problem-solving sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in both frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Angular/Vue) and backend languages/frameworks (e.g., Python/Django, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET).
- Strong understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting in Norwich .
- Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
