Senior Fund Controller: NAV Expert & Controls Lead

Our client is a global hedge fund that specialises in alternative and liquid credit investment strategies, and they are looking for a Senior Fund Controller to join their team in London. The firm offers a competitive salary, as well as a generous benefits package. Reporting into the head of Head of Fund Control, the successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities:

1. Delivery of fund NAVs, pricing quality and P&L’s.
2. Improve and re-engineer controls, processes and governance whilst mitigating risks and costs.
3. Ownership of key control functions and processes that will produce fund balance sheets.
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders, administrators and auditors to deliver year-end financial statements, along with associated reporting, tax and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Experience within an Investment Bank, Asset Manager or Fund Administrator.
2. Excellent organisational & problem solving abilities.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to network, influence and interact with a range of colleagues.
