Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies across various channels including major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, and digital fundraising.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the fundraising team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective major donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
• Plan and oversee fundraising events, ensuring successful execution and maximum return on investment.
• Analyse fundraising data and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, donor engagement, and financial outcomes for senior management and the board.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in fundraising, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior fundraising role, preferably within the charity sector .
• Demonstrated experience in cultivating and securing major gifts and corporate partnerships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce) and fundraising software.
