Key Responsibilities
- Design and document core game mechanics, systems, and features with clarity and precision.
- Develop detailed game design specifications, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Prototype and iterate on game mechanics, ensuring they are engaging, balanced, and fun.
- Collaborate effectively with artists, programmers, and QA testers to implement and refine game features.
- Provide constructive feedback on gameplay, user experience, and overall game design.
- Contribute to player progression, level design, and narrative integration within the game.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in game design , with a focus on systems and mechanics design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including detailed documentation and shipped titles.
- Proficiency in game design documentation tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, game balance, and engagement loops.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
