Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement core game mechanics, systems, and features.
- Create detailed game design documents (GDDs), flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative vision into playable experiences.
- Iterate on game design based on playtesting feedback, data analysis, and team input.
- Ensure gameplay is intuitive, engaging, and aligns with the overall game vision and target audience.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Game Design , with shipped titles in a senior or lead role.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex game systems and mechanics.
- Strong understanding of player psychology, game balance, and level design principles.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with game development tools and engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
